The International Coaching Federation (ICF) sets globally recognized standards for professional coaching education, ethics, and competency across more than 140 countries.

Synergy Program Components

• Our programs provide the necessary 65 hours of instruction for ACC level cerfification.

Combining both our Leadership Lab and LEAN Lab provides the necessary 135 hours of instruction for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.
• We provide the required 10 hours of mentor coaching for ACC or PCC.
• We provide performance evaluation aligned with ICF standards.
• We enable student bartering and Real client coaching practice.

International Coaching Federation Credential

We prepare students for the ICF Credential.

Core Components of ICF Certification

• Demonstration of ICF Core Competencies while coaching.
• Verified coach-specific training hours.
• Mentor coaching with an ICF credentialed coach.
• Successful score on the credentialing exam.
• Required coach experience hours.

ICF Credential Levels

• Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Level 1
• Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
• Master Certified Coach (MCC)

ICF accreditation for Level 1 and Level 2 coach education is currently in process.
