ICF PCC | MCS-ACC, MCS-PCC | ICF Assessor | Neuroscience-Based Leadership & Coaching | Certified Executive Coach
Cara Sadira, MNM, PCC
Her work focuses on developing leaders and coaches who build high-ownership, adaptive teams and networks in complex environments.
With over $2.6 million in coaching and leadership development contracts, Cara has launched and scaled programs across cross-cultural environments, hiring, training, and leading coaching teams to meet contract success indicators. She trains, mentors, and coaches around 250 professionals annually, including executives, HR leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs.
She specializes in the neuroscience of coaching, translating research on attention, motivation, and key brain networks into practical methods that coaches use to create GENERATIVE MOMENTUM, the ability of a client to view their experience through a lens of possibility, stimulating creative insight that produces action steps that catalyze an upgraded identity. Attention networks in the brain then seek circumstances that validate this new identity, thus creating a momentum that generates success, shattering pre-conceived limitations. Her wellness coaching integrates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), breathwork, and somatic coaching to help leaders regulate stress and sustain focus.
Her leadership philosophy is shaped by extensive travel, rock climbing across the United States, and living and working alongside cultural practitioners in Hawaii and Peru. She collaborates with wisdom cultures whose traditions emphasize coherence, reciprocity, and collective stewardship, reinforcing her view that effective leadership grows from trust, psychological safety, shared purpose, and collective elevation of communities that coaches serve.
Cara founded the Synergy Center for the Neuroscience of Coaching & Leadership, where she leads ICF-aligned coach training and mentor coaching. Visit carasadira.com or email csadira@synergycentercoaching.com.
