Synergy Center & Cultural Elders

Synergy Center cultivates appreciative curiosity as the foundation of meaningful growth. We feel deeply honored that we have cultivated relationships with cultural elders whose worldviews expand the concept of appreciative curiosity into a lived experience and way of life.

Cultural elders occasionally join Synergy programs as guest teachers, sharing lived teachings about purpose, reciprocity, belonging, and gratitude as practices that sustain communities across generations.

We welcome these guests with appreciation for global diversity and the shared human experience of:

• Appreciative curiosity across cultures and communities.

Future workshops, master classes, and retreats invite cultural elders into professional dialogue around these themes.

Through this dialogue, Synergy students deepen their understanding of how purpose, reciprocity, belonging, gratitude, and appreciative curiosity weave together to support thriving communities.

Students may choose to participate in simple cultural practices, such as gratitude ceremonies, as reflective experiences connecting coaching themes to the broader community, framing leadership and coaching as thoughtful participation within living systems.
