Synergy Center cultivates appreciative curiosity for clients and their experience as the foundation of meaningful change.

Cultural elders occasionally join Synergy programs as guest teachers, sharing lived teachings about purpose, reciprocity, belonging, and gratitude as practices that sustain communities over generations.

These shared teachings are offered within an appreciation for global diversity and the shared human experience of:

Future workshops, master classes, and retreats hosted by Synergy Center invite cultural elders into conversation around these concepts in a professional learning environment.

Just as the default mode network primes the reticular activating system to detect opportunity, gratitude heightens awareness of the support for ourselves and clients, already unfolding within communities and environments, inviting conscious participation.

Students may choose to participate in simple cultural practices, such as gratitude ceremonies, as reflective experiences that connect coaching themes to broader community and belonging framing leadership and coaching as thoughtful participation within communities, environments, and the broader human experience.
