Do Synergy Programs Meet ICF Requirements?
Yes. Synergy instructional hours are structured to meet ICF coach-specific education requirements for both the ACC and PCC credentials. Synergy programs are designed to meet ICF educational requirements, led by an ICF assessor and experienced mentor. Following standard ICF protocol, accreditation review begins at cohort launch, includes support from ICF throughout, and completes with the first cohort completion.
How long are courses?
Both training programs are 17 sessions. We meet once weekly for 2 hours. Both courses can be taken at the same time. The optional capstone retreat is one weekend for the retreat certificate after the conclusion of the labs.
Who are the coach training programs for?
The Aspiring Coach: You can take your first training course with us, and learn all of the tools for when you are ready to launch.
The Practitioner: ACC/PCC coaches who have the credentials and are ready to expand their network and grow their practice.
The Emerging Leader: HR Managers and Emerging Leaders who want to increase their leadership skills and expand their influence with their constituents.
Yes, This is ideal, as you will be learning professional transformational coaching and participating in a professional leadership training and business launch incubator.
