About Synergy Center

The Synergy Center for the Neuroscience of Coaching & Leadership is a specialized training school at the intersection of Neuroscience, Professional Coaching, and Leadership Impact Labs. We are a faculty of ICF Global Assessors and Master Educators who bridge the gap between elite coaching standards and real-world execution. Our team trains, mentors, and assesses hundreds of ICF professionals annually, with a collective history of coaching thousands of clients through individual and group engagements.

Meet Our Founder, Cara Sadira

Our Leadership

Synergy Center was founded by Cara Sadira, MNM, PCC, an ICF Assessor who has earned the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization at the ACC and PCC levels. Guest lecturers from coaching, neuroscience, and leadership practice teach within our programs, and cultural elders from Hawaii and Peru join as honored guests.
