An ICF-aligned certification program and live leadership laboratory for those who want to master inner leadership coaching, executive coaching , or advocacy coaching by first-hand experience.

The Mission: To become a high-impact Leadership Coach, you must first master the architecture of influence yourself. This 15-week residency is designed to build your leadership capacity while simultaneously building the professional circles that will become your client base.

You practice how to:

• Guide Influential Leadership: Transition from situational coaching to identity-level shifts that move executives and teams, advocates and community leaders.

• Build Circles of Influence: Use Values-Elicitation that anchor others in a shared purpose to anchor a successful future vision, and achieve mastery to land in that vision.

• Lead from the Heart: Integrate the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership to inspire shared vision and collective momentum. (These practices have substantial evidence-based results).

• Master the Biology of Results: Use Neuroscience to help clients navigate complexity and shift from pressure to visionary presence. Momentum becomes shared. Leadership becomes embodied.

Through mentoring and real-time experimentation, you practice inside your existing and emerging circles of influence.

The Foundation: Our curriculum integrates The Leadership Challenge (Kouzes & Posner), HBR Strategic Frameworks, and ICF Core Competencies informed by Neuroscience.

Founding 2026 Tuition:

• Individual Lab: $1,000 (Regularly $1,350)

• Professional Mentoring & Evaluation: $800 (Regularly $1,000 - Required for ICF ACC/PCC Certification)

• Full Certification Path (Lab + Mentoring): $1,800 (Special Founding Scholarship)

• Both Labs plus mentoring: $2600
