Leadership Certification &
Coach Business Building Incubator

1. Foundation and Identity Define your coaching identity, clarify your values, and build your personal leadership philosophy using validated business tools that align your vision with the relationships that will carry your practice forward.

2. Constituency Discovery Conduct real stakeholder conversations with practitioners and communities already serving your area of focus. Gather the exact language, needs, and gaps that will shape every offering you build.

3. Validation and Measurement Design your first coaching offering based on what you actually heard in the field. Test it with real stakeholders, gather concrete feedback, and refine it using evidence-based measurement tools that document your impact.

4. Champion Engagement and Acknowledgment Identify and meet with the champions already doing the work in your ecosystem. Present your offering as a contribution to their network and begin building the relationships that open doors to clients, referrals, and organizational partnerships.

5. Coaching to Enable Action Master advanced coaching tools that help your clients reflect on their actions, surface their own insight, and move forward with sustained momentum, deepening your mastery while working with real people in real time.

6. Ecosystem Growth and Community Select evidence-based measurement tools to document your program's impact, generating publishable results that establish your credibility in a crowded marketplace.

7. Integration and Capstone Present your completed practice blueprint: your validated offering, your champion network, your impact measurements, and your 90-day action plan for carrying momentum.

Certified Leadership Coach
|

This is not a course you complete and then figure out how to build a practice on your own. The Leadership Certification & Coach Business Building Incubator is a 17-week live cohort where you learn to coach executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs with quality coaching, while building the relationships, validated offerings, and champion network that become the foundation of your practice. Earn 65 ICF credit hours toward ACC or PCC certification, with mentors and peers supporting you every step of the way.

Certified Executive Coach

Students graduate with the coaching skills, the validated offering, the champion network, and the 90-day roadmap you actually built during the program. These methods come from coaching work that generated over $2.6 million in revenue over a decade ($100-300K annually) through relationship-building, not marketing.

Earn your ICF credential with 10 hours of mentoring: 6 hours in weekly group sessions (Fridays, Week 4 onward, 12:00 PM or 3:30 PM NY Time) plus 4 hours of individual mentoring scheduled afterward. Choose ICF Mentoring at checkout along with your program.

"An entrepreneur is someone who jumps off a cliff and builds a plane on the way down. The engine of that plane is their belief that the world needs what they are building."
